Neha Lagoo Ratnakar has joined our team as Head of Education & Content

Effective November 8, 2022, Neha Lagoo Ratnakar joined our team as Head of Education & Content. Neha is leading our strategic ambition to position LEAD Network as the go-organization and thought leader in Diversity & Inclusion in our industry. She supports our Education Committee, corporate Partners, members, and community of volunteers.

"Working at LEAD Network is powered by my belief that better gender representation is not just good for the optics but also the bottom line. My strong background in education and work experience in 8 countries make me uniquely equipped to serve in this position as we work on actionable education for corporate decision-makers and allies" - said Neha.

"I recently wrote a book to support women returnees; now it is time to step up my game and bring about change at a systemic level. I am humbled by this opportunity and determined to make the best of it."

Neha is originally from India, speaks seven languages, and currently resides in the Netherlands with her family. She has a rich background as a global talent development professional with 12+ years of experience developing educational programmes and extensive experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.

Neha has also developed content on topics related to Diversity & Inclusion. Her book ‘Back on your Feet’ for career restarters aims to improve gender diversity in the active workforce. Neha has worked in several learning modalities and has an entrepreneurial spirit, having launched her own learning gamification company. She is an improv player who knows how to bring energy and inspiration to a team.
