
Parisa Davoodi and Nisha Raj Coughlan appointed partner ambassadors representing Cargill
Parisa Davoodi, Strategic PLM Lead, Chocolate, EMEA Region, and Nisha Raj Coughlan -Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader EMEA Region and Food Ingredients & Bio Industrial, have been appointed partner ambassadors representing Cargill.

We are delighted to represent Cargill as LEAD Network Partner Ambassadors supporting our goal of achieving full gender parity by 2030 and building diverse pipelines through strong partnerships to attract, develop, and accelerate talent. Together with LEAD Network, we can create meaningful connections and build momentum for change."
Parisa and Nisha have recently joined Cargill and bring a wealth of experience of 30 years across Supply Chain, Retail, and Consulting services. Parisa is an avid supporter of LEAD Network's purpose to be a catalyst for change; she is now moving from her previous volunteer role to Partner Ambassador to bring continued focus to gender balance and development. Embarking on a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) EMEA leadership journey at Cargill, Nisha brings to the Partner Ambassador role her aspiration to empower talent by fostering equitable development opportunities and a sense of belonging for all.
