Liga Putna appointed partner ambassador representing tcc global

Liga Putna, Head of Global Project Management at tcc Global and Board Member at the tcc foundation, has joined our volunteers' team representing tcc global as a partner ambassador. 

Liga Putna says: "I am thrilled to join the LEAD Network ambassadors community and serve the cause of the LEAD Network vision. During my career, too often, I have seen how luck and circumstance can drive one's opportunities. It needs to change; we need leaders accountable for creating an environment where people are not stopped from growing or following their desired path due to bias or exclusion.

We all know by now that diverse and inclusive companies are more successful and can attract and retain top talent. I am all ears to listen and learn from best practices, to take it on board and implement at our company which is still early in our journey in this area."
