Jérôme Garbi, Bel Group joins the Advisory Board

Jérôme Garbi, Global Cheese Chief Officer and EMEAO Chief Officer at Bel Group, has joined the Advisory Board of LEAD Network Europe. His appointment further strengthens his dedication to fostering inclusive and diverse workplaces.

At the same time, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Cecile Beliot-Zind, CEO at Bel Group, who is stepping down from the Advisory Board and passing the baton to Jérôme. We sincerely thank Cecile for her invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment to our mission.

Jérôme Garbi is a seasoned FMCG leader. After over 20 years at Procter & Gamble, he joined Bel Group in 2018, where he led major commercial and market strategy transformations. In 2020 Jérôme Garbi has been appointed Chief Markets Officer, member of the Executive Committee. In 2024, he became Chief Officer of the Worldwide Cheese Division and CEO of the EMEAO region (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Overseas), driving growth across Bel’s Cheese & Squeeze Divisions. With a Master’s in Business Administration from ESCP Business School, he continues to focus on sustainable expansion and strategic excellence
