Solenis CEO signs the CEO Pledge

We’re excited to announce that last month John E. Panichella, CEO of Solenis, signed the LEAD Network CEO Gender Equity Pledge during the company’s global EBRG meeting in the U.S.

The pledge sets a clear and ambitious goal: to raise the Gender Diversity Scorecard in the CPG and Retail industry from 37% to 42% by 2027. This isn’t just about promises—it’s about measurable progress and real impact.

In the coming decade, our collective focus will be on implementing concrete, actionable strategies that advance gender equity across the sector. With over 50 industry leaders already on board, we are calling CEOs—from both our Partner Companies and beyond the LEAD Network—to sign this pledge and be a driving force for change.
