Meet the Winners of the LEAD Network Awards 20204

At the LEAD Network Awards Ceremony during the 2024 Conference in Budapest, we celebrated remarkable leaders and organisations driving progress in gender equity. A special thank you to Kenvue, the sponsor of the ceremony.


The Ireland Chapter, led by Sarah Ferguson (Kellanova) and Jane McEvoy (Musgrave), received      the Chapter Achievement & Leadership Award for advancing the LEAD Network mission.

Two companies were recognised for Best-in-Class achievement, acknowledging their impactful DEI initiatives and significant efforts to advance gender equity. Kellanova was named Best-in-Class CPG, with Samantha Thomas-Berry and John Hobson accepting the award, while Lidl Bulgaria, represented by CEO Milena Dragijska, took home Best-in-Class Retailer.

Unilever's Fatma Tek and Yoerike Rijkers-Pirrin earned the Partner Ambassador Excellence Award for their outstanding partnership and commitment to the mission.

Darina Stoyanova (Prestige-96 AD Bulgaria) was recognised as the Inspirational Change Agent for her role in fostering inclusive leadership.

Jane McEvoy (Musgrave) received the prestigious Sharon Jeske "Doing Not Trying" Award, celebrating her dedication to gender equity.

Finally, Svetlana Golubnic (Unilever) and Dunke A. were honoured with the Excellence in Volunteer Service Award for their exceptional contributions to the LEAD Network.

These winners embody the spirit of change, innovation, and the perseverance necessary to drive DEI forward in the industry. Congratulations!
