DE&I Maturity Benchmark to be released on April 17, 2023

We are moving the industry needle toward gender parity and a truly inclusive culture! Exclusive to our Partner companies, on April 17, 2023 we will release the DE&I Maturity Benchmark – a free, confidential assessment developed in collaboration with EY.

Comparative benchmarking allows organizations to learn from one another, share best practices, recognize common challenges, and identify tangible actions.

Participating Partner companies will receive an immediate, downloadable report which includes:

• their position on the maturity curve; 
• a breakdown of strengths, maturing factors, and opportunities to develop; and
• an action plan with themed recommendations. 

They will also be able to view European-level benchmarking results by sector, theme, and question from June 30th onwards!
