Inclusion and allyship at Morrisons’ first Inclusion Conference
LEAD Network CEO Allyson Zimmermann joined Morrisons’ first Inclusion Conference on 29 July 2026, attended by more than 100 colleagues at Hilmore House, with others joining virtually from across the business.
The day opened with a keynote from Hardip Shokar, VP of Partnerships at Ocado, who encouraged participants to look beyond labels and become curious about the person behind them.
Workshops explored topics including men’s mental health, carers, ageing, neurodiversity, accessibility, cultural traditions and women’s progression. ANDYSMANCLUB also highlighted its free Monday support groups, which provide men with a safe, non-judgemental space to talk or simply listen.
The conference concluded with a Q&A on allyship with Allyson, followed by reflections from Morrisons CEO Rami Baitiéh and Group People Director Jodie Keating, before the presentation of Morrisons’ first Inclusion Awards.
LEAD Network was pleased to contribute to a day that reinforced an important message: inclusion is everyone’s responsibility.
