The Proof Is In: One Day Can Change How Your Organisation Leads
On 10 June, LEAD Network delivered another successful ALL IN: Accelerate workshop, hosted by our foundation partner Kraft Heinz, bringing together senior leaders committed to building more inclusive, high-performing organisations.
The day featured honest conversations, diverse perspectives, and practical discussions on how leaders can create meaningful and sustainable change within their teams and organisations. Participants explored topics including allyship, inclusive leadership, talent pipelines, accountability, resistance to change, and the systems and behaviours that help create high performing organizations where everyone can thrive.
The workshop created space for leaders to learn from one another, challenge assumptions, and reflect on their own role in driving organisational culture and performance.
