Alba Luque Bonet - Bayer joins the Education Committee and Benchmarking 2.0 Project Team
We are thrilled to welcome Alba Luque Bonet to our team of extraordinary volunteers! She has joined the Education Committee and Benchmarking 2.0 Project Team, which aims to enhance the existing D&I Maturity Self-Assessment tool with new benchmarking functionality and broaden the scope of the Gender Diversity Scorecard to include measures of inclusion culture. These strategic initiatives will help position LEAD Network as the 'Voice of the Industry.'
Alba says: "I feel very honored to be part of LEAD Network and to be able to collaborate with an organization that empowers women in leadership and fosters our education to bring D&I to the next level."
Catherine Bullen, LEAD Network Education Manager, says: “I am delighted that Alba has joined our community of volunteers and I am in no doubt that she will be an asset to our Committee and Benchmarking 2.0 Project Team with her knowledge and expertise. Please join me in welcoming her to LEAD Network!”
Alba is Team Lead for Global Transformation and Process Management projects at our Corporate Partner Bayer. The team is in charge of all the projects related to new functions and cross-functional projects in the EMEA region, and provides PMO services for the business. Alba also volunteers as Team Lead Sponsor in the Sustainability Committee to create a sustainable culture at Bayer’s Shared Service Center in Costa Rica and won the Bayer Top Performance Award 2021.
