Yoerike Rijkers  -Unilever appointed Co-Chair of the NextGen Chapter

We're pleased to announce that Yoerike Rijkers  - HRBP Supply Chain Transformation Europe at Unilever has been appointed Co-Chair of the NextGen Chapter.

Yoerike is an active member and valued volunteer of LEAD Network; she and Lidia Timkovskaya started the NextGen initiative together after meeting face to face at Madrid annual event and realizing they shared the same idea about younger leaders. They have built a great NextGen committee, and now, that initiative converted into one of LEAD Network's fast-growing chapters.

Everyone at the NextGen Chapter and LEAD Network warmly thank Lidia, former chair, for her outstanding contributions to the Chapter; we are certainly looking forward to welcoming her back soon! 

When accepting the role, Yoerike said: "NextGen is an important next step in acknowledging leadership, career, and ED&I mean something else to different people, especially across generations, so I'm very excited to contribute to the next generation of authentic and thriving young leaders."

 And she added: "I want to say a word of thanks to all who joined our events thus far (and those who will join next time!), all support we received from our companies and LEAD Network, and most importantly, our current and former NextGen committee members!
