Catherine Bullen appointed Education Manager (Benchmarking 2.0)
We are thrilled to announce that Catherine Bullen will be returning to LEAD Network and taking on the new role of Education Manager (Benchmarking 2.0). Catherine will drive engagement with the D&I Maturity Self-Assessment tool and develop a new benchmarking function in this role. She will expand the Gender Diversity Scorecard to include a measurement for Inclusion. Catherine will manage the project to combine the two tools into one benchmarking tool to be launched in 2023 and bring it to a new phase. These strategic initiatives will help position LEAD Network as the "Voice of Industry."
Catherine says: "I'm super excited to begin my role as Education Manager focusing on the Benchmarking 2.0 project. The D&I Maturity Self-Assessment tool and Gender Diversity Scorecard are already valuable, leading-edge tools for our Partners. Still, there is a great opportunity to enhance and develop them further, and I'm looking forward to this new challenge!"
Catherine is a focused, results-oriented Learning & Development professional with exceptional project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience leading key business change programmes and working across the FMCG, finance, and sporting industries. She first joined LEAD Network in February 2020 as a Chapter Manager. Catherine mapped out the needs and objectives of our Chapters and developed a programme to support their further growth. Now, after some time off, dedicated to her family, she is back with us!
Marga Van Winsen is handing over the baton to Catherine. A BIG word of thanks to Marga for all she has done in leading and developing these benchmarking tools.
