Tuba Yapincak joins LEAD Network team as Partner Relations Manager
Our LEAD Network Team is growing! With great pleasure, we announce the arrival of our new team member Tuba Yapincak who has joined LEAD Network as Partner Relations Manager as of March 1. Our community of Partners continues to grow, and Tuba will join Fusun to manage partner relations, with a special focus on Retailers. Tuba will also help us expand our Retail Engagement Plan, strategy, and value proposition. She will lead Retail initiatives such as our Retailer Roundtable and "Flexible Working on the Shop Floor" study.
Tuba says, "In a business world where women still face prejudices and other barriers in the workplace, LEAD Network is a great community for women leaders in the Retail & Consumer Goods industries to overcome struggles, seek professional advice from true experiences, and celebrate each other's wins. It’s a place where individuals can connect, share ideas & experiences, nurture each other and create an energy for a better future.”

Tuba has been actively supporting the LEAD Network Turkey Chapter. Throughout her professional life, she has had extensive experience in the retail sector, having started her career as a store manager and recently she held the role as Managing Director of Tchibo Turkey.
She has left the corporate world, moved to the UK, and is looking forward to being a part of the LEAD Network family, working together to have a stronger impact to advance our journey to 50/50.
