Monika  Collée  joins the Marketing & Communications Committee - Special Projects Team. 

Monika says: “Over the past 13 years, I have worked in an industry with low female participation rates.  A more diverse environment is to everyone’s advantage. I would have benefited from a more equitable environment with more female leaders, peers, business partners and colleagues. 

As a member of the Marketing & Communications team of LEAD Network, I support the network’s goal of raising awareness of women’s issues with the aim of accelerating gender equality.  Gender equality should be recognized in all boardrooms and across organizations, leading to a more diverse, balanced and inclusive world in which we all benefit.”

Monika is a seasoned Corporate Communications Professional with a passion for the environment, diversity & inclusion and the transition to a Circular Economy.
