2021 was a challenging year. At the same time, the message that sex/gender equity in employee training is crucial to advance women is amplified through media coverage, global talent development associations, and further research.

For 15 years, Ingeborg gained International and commercial experience in various management and leadership roles in FMCG in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East/North Africa. Since 2006, she has been applying her knowledge about global commercial businesses to training, coaching, and consultancy. She has developed and facilitated commercial, interpersonal, and management/ leadership programmes in different countries and cultures.  Since 2016, Ingeborg conducts academic research regarding sex/gender equity of corporate training. She will be defending her doctoral thesis early 2022.
