Rachel Smethurst -CHEP stepping up as Vice-Chair of the UK Chapter

Rachel Smethurst, Commercial Director, Northern Europe at CHEP has stepped up into the role of Vice Chair of the UK Chapter.  

 

Rachel says: " I am truly passionate about creating and promoting an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, no matter who you are. I am particularly passionate about gender diversity and providing women with the same opportunities as men to advance their careers.  I have been on the UK Chapter of the LEAD Network for the last two years and have loved being part of such a fantastic, passionate and enthusiastic group of volunteers. I am delighted and honoured to be stepping up into the role of Vice Chair as we continue to lead and drive change to ensure we have a truly representative workforce at all levels across our industry."
