Silvia Recla - SC Johnson  joins as Partner Ambassador   

Silvia Recla, Director Marketing Commercialization EU – Special Projects at SC Johnson,  joins as Partner Ambassador.    

Silvia says “I believe leaning-in for supporting gender equality in business is simply the right thing to do; being a woman, a daughter, a mother (of two daughters, by the way), and more simply a person who thinks it is up to each and everyone to drive positive changes in society. Silvia Recla is an experienced marketing director with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. She is skilled in marketing management, consumer products, sales, and market research. Strong support professional with a MA focused in Consumer and Organizational Psychology from Università Degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
