We celebrate our 10,000 member! Marc Reboul - METRO France

Early this year we reached 10,000 members and as we continue to grow, we wanted to hear from and celebrate our Member number 10,000 - Meet Marc Reboul, Frozen food Purchasing Manager at METRO France.

Marc says: “I have always had the chance to work in totally mixed purchasing departments during all my career. There were often more women than men in those teams, bringing a perfect diversity of talents. As a manager, I work on developing the self-confidence of the women of my team when necessary and ensuring they got access to all the available opportunities. Being part of the LEAD Network is a natural expression of personal convictions.”
