Prestige 96 CEO Darina Stoyanova Renews Commitment to Gender Equity by Re-Signing the LEAD Network CEO Pledge

We’re delighted to announce that Darina Stoyanova, CEO of Prestige 96 AD, has renewed her commitment to gender equity by re-signing the LEAD Network CEO Gender Equity Pledge at our Milan Conference!

Reflecting on this milestone, Darina Stoyanova shared: “At PRESTIGE, we are proud to renew our commitment to the LEAD Network CEO Gender Equity Pledge. With 63% of our workforce and 71% of senior positions held by women, we are encouraged by the progress we have made.”

She continued: “We remain steadfast in driving meaningful change—building inclusive cultures, empowering diverse talent, and fostering equity at every level of our organisation. We are also honored to have established the LEAD Network Bulgaria Chapter, further strengthening our efforts to champion gender equity and inclusion locally.”

By renewing the pledge, CEOs reaffirm their dedication to raising the LEAD Network Europe Gender Diversity Scorecard (GDS) in the CPG and Retail industry from 37% to 42% by 2027, and to advancing long-term gender equity plans for the decade ahead.

The Gender Diversity Scorecard, published every two years, measures the representation of women in senior executive roles across Europe’s retail and consumer goods sectors. 

At the LEAD Network Annual Conference “We’re All In” in Milan, we unveiled our Gender Diversity Scorecard 2025, highlighting significant progress toward gender balance across the industry. Women now hold 39% of senior executive roles in Europe’s CPG and Retail sectors, marking an increase from 37% in 2023 and a remarkable leap from just 25% in 2017. Within this progress, retail companies have reached 36% women representation in senior roles, while manufacturing continues to lead the way at 42%.

With over 50 industry leaders already committed, this collective effort continues to drive meaningful change and accountability across the industry. CEOs from non-LEAD Network Partner companies are encouraged to join and take part in shaping a more equitable future.
