Claude Sarrailh, Ahold Delhaize joins the Advisory Board

We are thrilled to welcome Claude Sarrailh to the LEAD Network Advisory Board. This esteemed group of industry leaders provides strategic guidance to advance our mission of creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive. 

Claude Sarrailh is the Chief Executive Officer at Ahold Delhaize Europe & Indonesia. Before joining Ahold Delhaize in 2024, he was the Chief Customer and Merchandise Officer at Metro. Claude holds a Master of Science in Business and Administration from Ecole supérieure de Gestion.

He brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our mission of creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive. As a member of our Advisory Board, he will offer strategic insights to foster a culture of inclusion across organisations.
