SSP UK and Ireland signs the CEO Pledge

SSP UK and Ireland CEO, Kari Daniels, has signed the LEAD Network CEO Gender Parity Pledge 2024, a significant step towards enhancing gender parity and inclusion within the European retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. This pledge commits businesses to increase women representation at the director level and above by at least 5% over the next three years.

Kari Daniels emphasised the importance of gender parity, stating, "Gender parity is important to us – we have achieved this at an executive level and are making positive strides towards this across our senior leadership team. As an organisation, we fully support the work of LEAD Network and encourage all businesses to sign this pledge and push for gender parity across the board. SSP UK & Ireland is actively working to create a company culture that puts belonging and diversity at the forefront so we continue to attract and retain the best talent."
