Noel Keeley joins the Advisory Board

We are thrilled to announce Noel Keeley's appointment to the LEAD Network Advisory Board. As the CEO of Musgrave Group, Ireland's premier food retail, wholesale, and foodservice company, Noel brings over 30 years of invaluable experience in senior leadership roles in both private and public sector organizations.

Noel served as the Managing Director for Musgrave Wholesale and Group HR Director before becoming the CEO of Musgrave Group. His leadership journey includes roles such as Vice President for Human Resources at University College Cork and significant positions within the Canadian Government in Northern Canada for a decade. Noel holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business, Queens University, Canada.

In Noel's words, "It’s a real privilege and an honor to join the LEAD Network Advisory Board. As the CEO of Musgrave, the largest private sector employer in Ireland, we recognize the opportunity to effect real and meaningful change, both at a societal level and across our industry."

Noteworthy progress has been made through initiatives like the launch of the LEAD Network Ireland Chapter, reflecting advancements in fostering women's participation at senior levels. However, Noel emphasizes that there is more work to be done, underscoring the collective responsibility of businesses and brands to actively contribute to this transformative journey.

Noel states, "It’s important that we utilize the influence and power of the pan-European industry approach, collaborating to share best practices and maximize our impact. I hope that we will set a new benchmark for the industry, pushing towards a 50/50 gender balance and pioneering a global standard for diversity and inclusion. This reflects my personal commitment to ensuring that the next generation is more equitable, diverse, and representative for the betterment of all."
