Carsten Knobel, CEO of Henkel signed the CEO Pledge at the LEAD Network Conference
Dusseldorf, October 13, 2023 - At the LEAD Network Conference, Carsten Knobel, CEO of Henkel, signed the CEO Gender Diversity Pledge of LEAD Network, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to advancing gender parity and prioritising inclusivity within the value chain of the European retail and consumer goods sector.
In a significant moment just before the CEO Roundtable, Carsten Knobel stated: 'Today, we stand united to value our differences and diversity as a driving force for progress within our industry and beyond. Our collective goal is to create a better and fairer future where our origin, age, gender, or sexual orientation no longer define our opportunities in life.'
During this significant instance (as seen in the photo), Carsten Knobel was accompanied by Allyson Zimmermann, our CEO, Mick Broekhof, our Co-founder and Karin de Koning, Chair of our CEO Engagement Programme.
