Honoring Mick Broekhof - A True Visionary!  With heartfelt gratitude, we announce that Mick Broekhof is stepping down as Secretary of the Board of Directors at LEAD Network, transitioning to the esteemed role of Honorary Member of the Advisory Board in perpetuity.

Mick's visionary leadership played a pivotal role in shaping LEAD Network since its inception in 2011, alongside Helayne Angelus. Today, LEAD Network flourishes with over 19,000 members and 14+ Chapters.

A firm believer in the power of Diversity & Inclusion, Mick said, "There is an unprecedented opportunity to build an organization that is better able to respond to the ‘new normal’ and get better business results. D&I should help in making strategic choices."

Known as "the father of LEAD Network," Mick's impact extends beyond these walls. From 2005-2019, he served as Managing Partner of Kalypso in Europe, a global management consulting firm focusing on innovation. His corporate journey includes roles at International Flavors & Fragrances, Quest International, Hercules Incorporated, and Werberger Winery.

Mick, your vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment have shaped LEAD Network into a force for positive change. As you embark on this new chapter, we honor and cherish your legacy.
