Tetyana Kretova appointed Head of Development and Member Experience

We’re delighted to announce that Tetyana Kretova has been appointed to the role of Head of Development and Member Experience at LEAD Network. For the past 2+ years, Tetyana served as our Partner Engagement Director, and we’re thrilled to see her embark on this exciting next chapter in her career. 

Upon joining LEAD Network, Tetyana realised that her deep-seated passion for empowering women in leadership positions had evolved into a gratifying career path.

Tetyana says:  “I feel extremely inspired embracing this new role. For me, the journey to 50:50 is in an exciting and promising phase. I am looking forward to steering the ship alongside the Team, led by Allyson, serving our Corporate Partners, boosting member experience, and growing the Network to ensure the sustainability of our mission.”

As a Ukrainian with innate optimism and an active life, Tetyana Kretova has always been driven to seek growth and improvement for herself and the world. She has nearly 20 years of professional experience in various industries such as retail, education, fashion, and healthcare, both as an employee and a business owner.
