Charmaine England joins Advisory Board

We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Charmaine England, the newest member of our Advisory Board! Charmaine's impressive background and unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion make her an invaluable addition. As the former head of the Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific Women’s Leadership and Inclusion group, she has been a tireless advocate for creating a workplace where every colleague feels valued and heard.

As Area Managing Director for Northern Europe at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Charmaine has a wealth of experience leading and inspiring teams to achieve greatness. Her passion for fostering high-performing, collaborative teams is contagious.

Charmaine England is a highly accomplished international leader with an impressive track record of success across a variety of executive roles spanning two decades. Her career has taken her across the globe, from Australia and the UK to Taiwan, Thailand, and Singapore, where she has consistently delivered results and driven growth.

Charmaine's career began at Unilever, where she spent an impressive seventeen years as a senior leader. Her time there was followed by executive roles at Lion (Kirin) and Pact Group Holdings, where she continued to make her mark as a highly effective leader. In 2019, Charmaine joined Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, further cementing her reputation as a powerhouse in the industry.
