We honor you as well. We need everybody at the table to create a more inclusive workplace and society, so thank you, and all the best. Please celebrate throughout the year, and also, let's call to action throughout the year, not just in March," says CEO Allyson Zimmermann in this wrap-up video about the IWD celebrations.

Allyson shares her thoughts about IWD and this year's theme, ‘Embrace Equity,’ and she is unequivocal: "if our goal is equality, we can't get there without equity."
