Leadership transitions are an opportunity to celebrate impact and look ahead to what comes next.

We would like to extend a warm thank you to Jane McEvoy, Musgrave, founding Co-Chair of the LEAD Network Ireland Chapter. Her energy, passion and commitment have helped shape the Chapter into the vibrant community it is today. Her contribution has made a real difference, and its impact will continue to be felt across our network.

At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Laura Canavan, Lidl, as new Co-Chair of the Ireland Chapter. Laura joins Sarah Ferguson, Kellanova, in leading the next chapter of the community. We look forward to seeing the passion, leadership and fresh perspective Laura will bring as the Chapter continues to build connections, learning and impact across Ireland.
